Last month, I had the privilege of visiting the Dare to Dream ranch in Foster, Rhode Island. This holistic and alternative military retreat provides a safe haven for service members, veterans, and their families struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other challenges.

Under the compassionate leadership of Karen Dalton, the ranch offers a tranquil environment where animals and veterans can heal and thrive together. The ranch is home to rescued animals, including horses, ponies, goats, chickens, and dogs.

I was deeply impressed by the ranch's mission to provide purpose, structure, talent, and passion to those who visit. Karen's dedication to helping veterans find their passion and become successful civilians is truly inspiring.
